Refund policy

Unless the product is damaged in transit, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please examine the product upon delivery and inform me immediately if it is damaged by sending a photo of the product and its packaging to lucia@byluciaroo.com. A replacement product will then be shipped to you shortly.
